Check-in and Check-out & House Rules Check-in for our vacation apartments and business apartments begins at 4:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to check out by 11:00 AM on their departure day to ensure a smooth handover. Our properties are always thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. We expect our guests to treat all furnishings and items with care and to leave the property in a broom-clean condition upon departure. Statutory quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, no loud activities should take place—neither indoors nor in outdoor areas such as balconies—in order not to disturb neighbors. Parties and celebrations are permitted only with prior approval from Immossenz GmbH. We greatly value courteous and respectful behavior toward neighbors to ensure a smooth rental process and to guarantee that all future guests continue to enjoy a pleasant stay. Additionally, please observe extra quiet hours on Sundays and public holidays, as full-day noise restrictions apply on these days. In some regions, a midday quiet period is also observed between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Access to the apartments is generally automated and does not include a personal welcome by our team. On your arrival day, you will receive detailed instructions on how to reach and enter the specific building. Since each property is unique, you will also receive an individual house manual and access guide. Please note that we do not assume liability for guests’ personal belongings. We also kindly ask that furniture not be moved without prior agreement with us. When leaving the property, please ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed to prevent break-ins. In the event of a burglary caused by unlocked or open windows/doors, guests will be held liable for any resulting damages.
